iLead Conference
The iLEAD Conference is a flagship initiative of Success Within International, designed to empower and equip secondary school prefects with essential leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills to prepare them for greater impact in their schools and beyond.
The 2025 iLead Conference included keynote speeches, interactive workshops, leadership challenges, and a public speaking competition, all curated to inspire a new generation of confident, value-driven student leaders.
In addition, the students received certificates and awards in recognition of their role.
SWI Teens Bootcamp

SWI Upskilling School
This is an 8-week low-cost upskilling school dedicated to transforming lives through innovative, industry-aligned education.
Courses taken are:
- Digital Marketing & Content Creation: This course is designed for individuals seeking to enhance their online presence and master the art of effective digital marketing strategies. Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, students will explore various aspects of digital marketing and the essential elements of content creation.
- Artificial Intelligence Essentials: This course provides students with a strong foundational understanding of AI concepts, technologies, and applications. The Artificial Intelligence Essentials course will cover both theoretical aspects and practical applications, enabling students to harness the power of AI in various fields.
- Cybersecurity Foundations: This course provides participants with a robust understanding of the fundamental concepts and practices in the field of cybersecurity. This comprehensive program will equip learners with the essential knowledge and skills to identify, mitigate, and manage cybersecurity risks in various environments.
- Data Analytics Fundamentals: This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the field of data analytics. It is ideal for beginners or those looking to enhance their skills in data-driven decision-making.

Scale Up Conference
The SWI Scale Up Conference is SWI Canada’s flagship program, created to equip immigrants with the tools they need to thrive. The conference focuses on five essential pillars: Career Development, Business Empowerment, Finance, Mindset, and Lifestyle, providing a holistic roadmap for success as a newcomer in Canada.
The 2025 maiden edition featured panel discussions and a fireside chat focused on practical strategies for helping immigrants thrive in Canada and inspiring participants to scale up to their next level.
Project Smile
Project Smile is SWI’s annual community outreach initiative dedicated to sharing hope, joy, and practical support with vulnerable groups in society. Each year, we identify specific communities in need and design thoughtful interventions that bring encouragement, relief, and a sense of belonging.
Through Project Smile, SWI has previously reached orphanage homes, where we have spent time with children, delivered essential items, and created moments of joy through games, gifts, and meaningful conversations. Beyond material support, the project is rooted in our belief that every person, especially children and young people, deserves to feel seen, valued, and loved.
Monthly Breakfast Meeting
Our monthly Breakfast Meeting is a community gathering designed to inspire growth in every area of life. Each session creates space for honest conversations on finances, relationship building, personal development, health and wellness, career advancement, and more.
