Executive Summary
The iLEAD 2025 Conference, organized by Success Within International, was held on June 13, 2025, at NECA House, Ikeja.
The event focused on equipping young leaders with the mindset, communication skills, and problem-solving tools needed to lead intentionally in a fast-changing, digital-first world. Through an engaging lineup of speakers, panel discussions, leadership games, and a public speaking contest, students were challenged to see themselves as capable change agents within their schools and communities.
About the Organizers – Success Within International (SWI)
Success Within International is a youth-focused non-governmental organization committed to raising the next generation of intentional and values-driven leaders through education, mentorship, and leadership programs. Our work targets both in-school and out-of-school youth, providing platforms for leadership, innovation, and self-discovery.

- Ehigiagbon Dorcas from Omole Senior Grammar School won an outstanding student award for taking the initiative to curate a talk on the theme of the conference and presented it confidently.
